Gold Coast Devoted Care is a local disability support provider working across the Gold Coast, Logan and Brisbane South. Small enough that you know who is behind it. Organised enough that it runs properly.
Why this company exists
Before starting Gold Coast Devoted Care, Ritik worked as a support worker in residential aged care. He holds a Certificate III in Individual Support and a current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
"I saw what happens when someone walks into a person's home knowing nothing about them. The person being supported has to explain themselves from scratch, every time, to somebody new."
That is the problem this company was built to solve. Not with a slogan, but with a process: the Director meets every new participant before support begins, the worker match is made from that conversation, and every worker reads the support plan before they arrive.
It also means that when something goes wrong, you are speaking to the person who can actually fix it.
Trust is earned through action
Every provider says they are compassionate and reliable. Here is what we do instead of saying it.
We turn up ourselves first
The Director attends the first visit with every new participant. Not a coordinator, not a salesperson.
We write things down
A support plan the worker reads beforehand, and a note after every visit that you can actually see.
We say no when we should
We only accept work we can genuinely staff. An honest no is more useful than a shift that falls through.
We make changing easy
If a worker is not the right fit, we change them. No reason required and no charge for the changeover.
Being straight about registration
Gold Coast Devoted Care is not currently a registered NDIS provider, and registration is underway. Participants whose plans are Plan-Managed or Self-Managed are free to choose unregistered providers.
We would rather you heard that from us on the About page than found it out later. What we can tell you is what we hold:
- Public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance, current
- Workers compensation insurance, current
- Every worker holds a relevant qualification, a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and a national police check
- Documented incident reporting, complaints and feedback processes
- We work to the NDIS Code of Conduct

Our team
Support workers at Gold Coast Devoted Care are recruited for judgement as much as for qualifications. Every worker is inducted before their first shift, briefed before every visit, and supervised.
