Who we are
Gold Coast Devoted Care Pty Ltd (ABN 98 698 537 898) provides disability support services across the Gold Coast, Logan and Brisbane South.
What we collect through this website
When you use a form on this site we collect the information you enter — typically your name, contact details, suburb and a description of the support you are looking for. If you are making a referral we also collect the participant's first name and suburb.
We ask you not to submit medical details, diagnoses or NDIS numbers through a web form. Anything sensitive is collected securely once we are in contact with you.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange supports, and keep the records we are required to keep as a service provider. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only where it is necessary to deliver your support — for example, with the support worker attending your shift, your plan manager for invoicing, or your Support Coordinator where you have asked us to keep them informed. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where there is a serious risk to someone's safety.
How we store it
Records are kept securely, with access limited to those who need it. We keep information for as long as required by law and our record-keeping obligations, and dispose of it securely after that.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
