A dependable option when your participant needs the right worker.
Gold Coast, Logan and Brisbane South. Plan-Managed and Self-Managed participants. Weekend, overnight and short-notice cover included rather than declined.
We are not trying to replace what already works
Most participants you coordinate already have providers, and most of those arrangements are fine. We are not asking you to move anyone.
Where we are useful is the gap — the Sunday morning nobody will take, the short-notice cover when a worker calls in sick, the participant who has been waiting because they live at an awkward end of the map.
Being the second call is a perfectly good place to start. If it works, the rest follows.
What we can staff
- Personal care, including hoist transfers and continence support
- Community access and transport, where agreed in advance
- Domestic assistance and meal preparation
- Respite, including regular recurring respite
- Sleepovers and active overnight support
- Weekends, public holidays and evenings
- Short-notice cover, often same day
Director-led first visit
Our Founder & Director attends the first meeting with every new participant — their routine, preferences, communication style, goals and what has not worked before. The worker match is then made with that context rather than from a roster gap.
What you get in writing
The worker's name, qualification and screening status before the first shift. A shift note after every visit for at least the first month. Any incident reported to you the same day, by the Director.
Things you can hold us to
| When | What we commit to |
|---|---|
| You send a referral | Answered the same business day. |
| Before supports start | Meet and greet arranged, attended by our Founder & Director. |
| Before the first shift | Worker name, qualification and screening status confirmed to you in writing. |
| After every visit | A shift note to you, for at least the first month. |
| If the match is not right | We change the worker. No argument, no charge for the changeover. |
| If an incident occurs | The Director calls you the same day. You never hear it from the family first. |
| If we cannot cover a shift | You hear immediately. We do not accept work we cannot staff. |
Start with one shift
Choosing a new provider is a risk you are taking on your participant's behalf, so here is a smaller version of that decision.
Give us one shift — the awkward Sunday morning, the short-notice cover, the participant who has been waiting. Our Founder & Director attends the first visit personally. If it goes well, we will talk about more. If it does not, you have lost one shift and nothing else.
No ongoing commitment, no service agreement beyond that shift, and no obligation to move any existing supports.

Questions coordinators ask
No, and registration is underway. We support Plan-Managed and Self-Managed participants, who are free to choose unregistered providers. All workers hold a relevant qualification, a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and a national police check, and we work to the NDIS Code of Conduct.
At or below the NDIS price limits, so there is no gap for your participant to pay. We will send the full rate card on request.
You will get the worker's name and screening status in writing before the first shift, and a shift note after each visit for at least the first month. Any incident is reported to you the same day, by our Founder & Director.
You will hear immediately. We do not accept work we cannot genuinely staff — a shift accepted and then dropped is worse for your participant than an honest no.
Talk to us about the specifics. We will tell you plainly whether we are the right fit, including when we are not.
