Support that starts with understanding you.
Individualised disability support for Plan-Managed and Self-Managed NDIS participants — delivered by workers chosen to suit you, not chosen because they were free.
Before support begins, our Founder & Director meets you personally. Your first visit is not handed to a stranger.
How can we help?
Tell us where you are starting from and we will point you to the right next step.
- Plan-Managed & Self-Managed participants
- Gold Coast, Logan & Brisbane South
- Weekend, overnight & short-notice cover
- Screened, insured, briefed before every shift
Support built around your day, not our roster
Every service below is delivered by workers who have read your support plan before they arrive.
Personal care
Support with showering, dressing, grooming, continence and getting moving — done the way you prefer, by someone you know.
Read about personal careCommunity access
Getting out — appointments, shopping, the beach, a class, a coffee, a catch-up. With transport where you need it.
Read about community accessDomestic assistance
Cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and the day-to-day running of your home — without taking it over.
Read about domestic assistanceRespite support
A genuine break for family carers, and time that the person being supported actually enjoys.
Read about respite supportOvernight & weekend support
Sleepovers, active overnight support, and the Saturday and Sunday shifts a lot of providers decline.

When a shift falls over, a worker calls in sick, or something changes with no warning.

Not values on a wall. Things you can check.
Your first visit is director-led
Ritik Lal, our Founder & Director, attends the first meeting himself — to understand your routine, your preferences, how you communicate and what kind of worker would genuinely suit you.
Workers matched, not allocated
The match is made from that conversation. Fit should be based on the person being supported, not on who happened to be available.
Briefed before every shift, written up after
Your worker reads your plan before they walk in, and you get a written note afterwards. You should never have to explain yourself twice.
We cover the hours others decline
Evenings, nights, weekends, public holidays and short notice. When a plan changes suddenly, that is exactly when support matters most.
Arranging support shouldn't feel complicated
Four steps. No NDIS jargon required to begin.
Tell us what you need
A call, an email or the form. Describe the difficult part of your week — we will work out the rest.
Meet us in person
Our Founder & Director comes to you. Your routine, preferences, goals and what has not worked before.
We find the right fit
We match a worker to that conversation, tell you who they are, and share your plan with them beforehand.
Support begins
We check in after the first shift and again after the first fortnight. If something is off, we change it.
Care should never feel anonymous
"I worked as a support worker in residential aged care before I started this. I saw what happens when someone walks into a person's home knowing nothing about them — and I did not want to build a company that worked that way."
Ritik Lal holds a Certificate III in Individual Support and a current NDIS Worker Screening Check. He attends the first visit with every new participant, and he is the person who answers the phone.
That is not a marketing gesture. It is how the worker match gets made with enough context to be right the first time.
Trust is earned through what happens next, not what we claim here
| When | What we commit to |
|---|---|
| You get in touch | We reply the same business day. |
| Before support starts | Our Founder & Director meets you, in person, to understand your routine and what a good worker match looks like. |
| Before the first shift | You are told who is coming, what they are qualified in and that their screening is current. |
| After every visit | A written note covering what was done and anything that seemed different. |
| If the match is not right | We change the worker. No explanation needed, no charge for the changeover. |
| If something goes wrong | You hear it from us the same day. Never from someone else first. |
| If we cannot cover a shift | You hear immediately. We do not accept work we cannot genuinely staff. |
Looking for a provider for a participant?
We are happy to sit alongside the providers you already trust rather than replace arrangements that work. Often that means covering the weekend, the overnight or the short-notice shift that keeps falling through.
- Plan-Managed and Self-Managed participants
- Gold Coast, Logan and Brisbane South
- Personal care, community access, domestic assistance, respite, overnight and weekend cover
- Director-led first visit and considered worker matching
- A short referral form — not twenty fields
What we will tell you straight
Whether we can staff it, and by when. If the honest answer is no, you will hear that quickly rather than the day before the shift. It is the reason coordinators come back.

No — Gold Coast Devoted Care is not currently a registered NDIS provider, and registration is underway. Participants whose plans are Plan-Managed or Self-Managed are free to choose unregistered providers.
All of our workers hold a relevant qualification, a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and a national police check, and we work to the NDIS Code of Conduct. We would rather tell you this plainly up front than have you find out later.

It depends on the type of support, the suburb and the days you need. Get in touch and you will get an honest answer rather than an optimistic one. We do not accept work we cannot genuinely staff.
That is what we aim for and how the business is set up. Where a regular worker is unavailable, whoever covers is briefed beforehand and you are told in advance who is coming.
Tell us and we will change them. You do not need to give a reason, it will not be awkward, and there is no charge for the changeover.
Yes. We also support private clients who fund their own support. Get in touch and we will explain how that works.
Our rates sit at or below the NDIS price limits, so there is no gap for you to pay. We will send you the full rate card on request — just ask.
